¾cupgranulated sugar
⅔cupyellow cake mixdry
2cupsheavy cream
1cupwhole milk
1teaspoonvanilla extract
½cupsprinklescolorful, divided
2vanilla cupcakes with frosting
Instructions
Whisk together the sugar and yellow cake mix.
Add the cream, milk, and vanilla extract, beating until combined.
Pour the liquid into the ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Just before the ice cream is completely set, add ¼ cup of sprinkles.
Meanwhile, crumble the two cupcakes with the frosting.
Transfer half of the ice cream to a freezer-safe container.
Add half of the crumbled cupcake and half of the remaining sprinkles.
Top with the remaining ice cream and add the rest of the cupcake crumbles and sprinkles..
Cover the container and freeze for 4 to 6 hours.
