Ingredients
4chicken breasts - boneless/skinless
salt and pepper to taste
10.5ouncescream of mushroom soup1 can
1cupsour cream
2tbspItalian dressing mixjust the powder
2tbspheavy cream - you can also use milk
¼cupparmesan cheese
½cupmozzarella cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Lay the chicken breasts out in a 9x13 casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking oil or cooking spray.
Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, Italian seasoning, heavy cream, and parmesan cheese. Whisk to combine.
Pour this mixture over the top of the chicken.
Add the mozzarella cheese.
Bake, uncovered, for 30-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and has reached 165 degrees internal temperature. (you can carefully broil for the last 2-5 minutes for a golden brown top)
Serve with a sprinkle of parsley alongside a garden salad.
