4poundsground chuckbrowned, crumbled and drained

3cupsketchup
1green bell pepperseeded and diced
½cupminced oniondried
¼cupyellow mustard
4tablespoonsbrown sugar

salt and black pepperto taste
24Hawaiian rollssliced in half through the height to make slider buns
Instructions
Prepare the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine the cooked ground beef, tomato sauce, ketchup, bell pepper, minced onion, mustard, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper in the slow cooker and stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours, stirring halfway.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Place the bottom half of the rolls into a 9x13 dish.
Ladle a thick layer of the cooked sloppy joe mixture on top of the bottom buns.
Place the top of the buns over the sauce.
Tent the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
Cut apart and serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
