Ingredients
chocolate covered strawberries
strawberries - washed and completely dried
white chocolate - melting chocolate wafers
blue sprinkles
watermelon stars
watermelon slices
white cheddar cheese
sausage/salami
white crackers - any variety
blueberries
white chocolate-covered pretzels
cherry twizzler bites
Instructions
Strawberries
Melt the white chocolate according to the package directions.
Dip the strawberries in the melted white chocolate and then dip them in blue sprinkles. Lay them on parchment paper to allow the chocolate to harden.
Watermelon Stars
Use a star cookie cutter to cut the watermelon into shapes.
Assemble
Lay the strawberries in a half-circle shape around the side of the board.
Add the white crackers along the other side of the board.
Arrange the white cheese, and red salami or sausage to fill the outer circle of the charcuterie board.
Then place a handful of white chocolate pretzels, blueberries, and Twizzler bites in the center of the strawberries and crackers, leaving a small bit of space in the middle.
Fill the last center space of the charcuterie board with the star-shaped watermelon.
Notes
Try adding marshmallows, red, white, or blue m&m’s, or raspberries.
