8ouncescream cheeseroom temperature
½cupstrawberry ice cream topping
1teaspoonvanilla extract
4cupsheavy cream
¾cupconfectioner’s sugar
32graham crackers2 sleeves - - whole rectangles
2poundsstrawberrieshulled and sliced
Instructions
In a 9x13 casserole dish, place a layer of graham crackers, breaking any of the crackers to fit if needed.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, strawberry ice cream topping, and vanilla until smooth. Add the heavy cream, and confectioner's sugar - beating until soft peaks form.
Drop about ⅓ of the creamy mixture over the graham crackers and spread it into an even layer.
On top of the cream mixture, place an even layer of the strawberries.
Repeat the layers twice.
Then, take the remaining strawberries and make a decorative layer on the top.
Crush any remaining graham crackers and sprinkle over the top.
Cover the dessert and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
