Ingredients

  • 16 ounces coleslaw mix
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Salt and black pepper, to taste

    Instructions

    • Place the slaw mix into a large bowl.
    • In a small bowl or measuring cup, whisk together the remaining ingredients.
    • Pour the mixture over the coleslaw and toss to coat.
    • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
    • Toss before serving.
