Ingredients
3chicken breastslarge boneless -skinless
3tablespoonsolive oil
2teaspoonsdried parsley
1teaspoonoregano leaves
1teaspoononion powder
½teaspoondried thyme
½teaspoonminced garlic

Instructions
Cut the chicken breasts into 2-inch pieces.
Combine the olive oil, parsley, oregano, onion powder, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper in a gallon-size freezer bag and shake to combine.
Add the sliced chicken. Seal and toss to coat.
Refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight.
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
Place the skewers in a tray of water to soak so they are very wet when you are ready to add the chicken.
Prepare a large-rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil spritzed with nonstick cooking spray.
Thread bamboo skewers through the marinated chicken. Place the skewers on the prepared baking sheet.

If more color is desired, you can broil the kabobs for 1 to 2 minutes or until the desired color is reached.
