boiled and peeled
¼
cup
mayo

tablespoons
dill relish
1
tablespoon
pimento
finely diced
½
teaspoon
mustard
¼
teaspoon
onion powder
¼
teaspoon
celery salt
¼
teaspoon
garlic powder
Paprika, for garnish
Black pepper, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Slice the boiled eggs in half.
Remove the yolks and place them in a medium bowl.
Smash the egg yolks with a fork. (I like to use a pastry blender – it works great)
Stir in the mayo, relish, pimento, mustard, onion powder, celery salt, and garlic powder until well blended.
Transfer the mixture to a piping bag with an open tip.
Squeeze the egg yolk mixture into the hole of each egg white.
Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika and black pepper, if desired.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
NOTE - the cooking time does not include the time it takes to hard-boil and chill the eggs.
