Ingredients

  • 12 eggs boiled and peeled
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 2 tablespoons dill relish
  • 1 tablespoon pimento finely diced
  • ½ teaspoon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon celery salt
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Paprika, for garnish

    Black pepper, for garnish (optional)

      Instructions

      • Slice the boiled eggs in half.
      • Remove the yolks and place them in a medium bowl.
      • Smash the egg yolks with a fork. (I like to use a pastry blender – it works great)
      • Stir in the mayo, relish, pimento, mustard, onion powder, celery salt, and garlic powder until well blended.
      • Transfer the mixture to a piping bag with an open tip.
      • Squeeze the egg yolk mixture into the hole of each egg white.
      • Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika and black pepper, if desired.
      • Refrigerate until ready to serve.

      Notes

NOTE - the cooking time does not include the time it takes to hard-boil and chill the eggs.
