Ingredients

  • 4 poblano peppers halved
  • 1 lb ground beef cooked
  • 1 cup Mexican cheese - shredded
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

        Instructions

        • Brown the ground beef and then combine it with the taco seasoning and cilantro. Set aside.
        • Toss the halved poblano peppers in olive oil.
        • Place the peppers in the air fryer and cook them at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes at a time until the peppers are roasted. They should be soft to the touch.
        • Remove the peppers from the air fryer, fill them with the ground beef mixture and then top them with the shredded cheese.
        • Place the peppers back into the air fryer for 3-5 minutes at 400 degrees to melt the cheese and toast the top a bit.
        • Serve immediately.
