Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup milk chocolate chips
  • ½ cup toffee bits
  • ½ cup pretzels chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Grease an 8x8 baking pan with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix together the eggs, butter, and milk.
  • Mix dry ingredients slowly into the wet ingredients until just incorporated.
  • Then fold in both varieties of the chocolate chips, toffee bits, and pretzels.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  • Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until the toothpick test comes out clean.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container on the counter for 3-5 days.
  • You can substitute or add salted potato chips, dark chocolate chips, or caramels.
