Herb Butter
This compound herb butter is a flavorful mixture of butter and a combination of herbs that takes nearly any savory recipe to the next level.

- 1 cup unsalted butter - softened
- 4 tbsp fresh herbs - chopped (parsley, chives, thyme, rosemary)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
Combine the butter, herbs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Mix well using a stiff silicone spatula or use a hand or stand mixer until all of the ingredients are well blended.
Transfer the mixture to a piece of parchment paper.
Cover and roll into a log.
Twist the ends of the paper to close.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours before using.
