8-10carrots
¼cupolive oil
½tspsalt
½tsppepper
8tbspsmoked cheesefreshly grated
Instructions
Cut the carrots into 2–3-inch sticks and place them in a medium sized bowl.
Drizzle the carrots with olive oil, add the salt and pepper and toss until coated.
Transfer the carrots to the air fryer and cook them for 15 minutes at 360F. No need to preheat first.
Add half of the grated cheese and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve with remaining grated smoked cheese on top.
