In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, green onion, hot sauce, dressing, and garlic powder. Stir well to combine.
Divide the mixture evenly between the jalapeno halves, making sure to fill each one completely full.
(Optional) If you like a thick cheese crust, sprinkle an additional ¼ cup of shredded cheese on top.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the filling has started to bubble and the jalapenos have softened.
Serve warm.

I like to use a mix of cheddar and parmesan or mozzarella in this recipe-- but use whatever you have on hand!
