White Chocolate Ginger Cookies for



Indulge in the sweet taste of these white chocolate dipped ginger cookies this holiday season. A true treat for Christmas cookie exchanges, these delicious Christmas ginger cookies are easy to make!


– unsalted butter softened – granulated sugar – light brown sugar – egg – molasses – whole milk – ground ginger – cinnamon – ground cloves – table salt – all-purpose flour – baking soda – white chocolate chips or candy melts

Super soft and chewy ginger cookies dipped in white chocolate and decorated for the holiday – These White Chocolate Ginger Cookies are sure to warm up any winter day.


Cream together butter and sugar until creamy. Add egg, molasses, milk, and spices. Cream until combined.


Add dry ingredients and stir until just mixed. Do not overmix.


Scoop and roll into 2 tablespoon balls. Place on prepared cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Press down with a glass to flatten. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 12 minutes.


Let cool for five minutes and then dip each cookie into melted white chocolate (I like doing half of the cookie). Decorate as you'd like.
