Easy 15 Minute Pumpkin Cheese Ball



This Pumpkin Shaped Cheese Ball is the perfect appetizer to serve at all your fall holidays and parties. Easy to make and super cute too! Comes together in 15 minutes with a 2 hour chill time.


– 16 ounces cream cheese softened to room temperature – 2 tablespoons dry ranch seasoning – 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce – 3 green onions – sliced – optional – 1 red pepper finely diced – save the stem – 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded


Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the ranch powder mix, Worcestershire sauce, and diced pepper, stir until fully combined then finish by adding the shredded cheese.


Lay out the plastic wrap and put ¼ cup of shredded cheese onto the wrap. Shape cream cheese mixture into a ball and place it on top of the shredded cheese.


Take the remaining cheddar cheese and sprinkle all over the remainder of the cheese ball, pressing into it to ensure all sides are coated.


Cover ball in the wrap. Wrap the cheese ball with four large rubber bands to make the indentations for the pumpkin shape.


Place it into the fridge for at least 2 hours. (overnight is best)
