Canned Corn Cornbread with Jiffy Mix


Corn Casserole with Jiffy Mix is a super easy side dish that pairs perfectly with all your other recipes for your holiday feast. This recipe is made with canned and creamed corn, making it a tasty fall side dish!



Preheat oven to 350. Spray a square 8 x 8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.


Melt butter and combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. 


Spread in the prepared baking dish and bake for 45-50 minutes or until lightly browned.
