Yes – Great idea! I think for just 2 people I’d probably cut the recipe in half (at least) then you could freeze the base. Add the dairy and pasta once reheated.

I ‘m thinking one could freeze the base of the soup w/o the raviolis, then add when ready to serve soup. We are a much smaller family of 2 –just trying to make this yummy sounding soup work for us.

Overall a good soup. I did not add the heavy cream and I’m glad. The soup was bland and lacked a depth of flavor quite a bit. I didn’t have tomato paste so I added 3/4 jar spaghetti sauce and that helped. Also added a healthy dose of Italian seasoning and garlic salt.
