Hmmm - that&#039;s strange. The only thing I can think of is that maybe it was the placement in the oven. Were they baked on the center rack? As far as the salt - I would probably give them a little mist of water (like from a food-grade spray bottle) and then sprinkle more on.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Gina, these were so easy to make and tasted good.  However, our pretzel bites didn’t brown on the top. They browned on the bottom and didn’t taste quite done (still a little doughy) so we turned them all over but then the salt all fell off. Any suggestions?]]></description>
