Just enough cinnamon flavor with the chocolate. A big hit!!!

Added pretzel, chocolate chips to the dough before refrigerating. Added 1/4 tsp baking powder. Added 1 tbls of superfine espresso powder. Folded in marshmallow fluff and Added a soft caramel on top for the last 1 min of baking. Best cookies ever! Great chocolate base to add all sorts of stuff in! Super fluffy and chewy

“Don’t use Dutch processed cocoa”… unless you want them to taste like Oreos 😍 Dutch processed was all I had so I tried it and they turned out perfect and delicious!

I have not tried that. I don’t think the dough will hold together or perform as expected when adding fresh berries with that much moisture content.
