This was a fantastic recipe. It was the “Best”!
The rub was very good, I made one adjustment to the recipe. I added 1 tablespoon spoon of brown sugar to the rub. It did not make it sweet, but just balanced the coffee and other flavors. Thank you so much for this recipe, it is definitely a keeper.
