Roast for 3 hours at 275 degrees. Remove from oven and let sit for 30 minutes. Increase oven to 425°.
Add the additional ingredients. Cover and place in the oven, cook for 30-40 minutes, tossing every 10 until burnt ends are crispy. Serve immediately.]]></description>
