The cooking instructions may be off- we put the potatoes in the oven at 450 and checked them at 20 mins (the recipe said 35-45 mins) because it smelled like smoke and they all burned to being inedible. Maybe we sliced them too thin? In any case, we are saddened and couldn&#039;t try them this time. So warning to all- watch them closely in your oven!]]></description>

I&#039;m so sorry to hear that. Because ovens and rack placement can vary so greatly, we always try to also include a doneness indicator to look for when giving cooking times in an effort to prevent issues like this. ]]></description>
