The 7-inch springform pan used for this recipe holds about 6 cups of batter; to double it, use a 10-inch springform pan, which holds around 12 cups.

This has not been tested for this recipe. I don’t recommend increasing – in this case, I would just have a thinner cheesecake, rather than alter the quantities. But I’m sure there are calculators out there that can possibly do the math for you.

I have never tried it. I would probably measure the volume of the 7″ springform pan vs the volume of the 9×13 before proceeding.
