No – you could use pumpkin or sunflower seeds if you still wanted the texture that the nuts provide. Or you can just leave them out completely & just have the chocolate covered noodles.

Do you mean just the text of the recipes within the body email? We don’t offer that. You can sign up for our weekly newsletter, but you would still have to visit the site for the particular recipe you are interested in & print them out from there.
