I’m going to try this recipe not sure when yet. I want to use all-purpose flour. I’m not a big wheat flour person. This recipe sounds really yummy. I think my granddaughters would love these muffins.

Yes – you can use all-purpose flour for these. Keep in mind that the final texture will be different. Also, whole wheat flour is thirstier than all-purpose, so it absorbs more moisture. Yor batter may be thinner and you may need to bake bake for longer.

I have not tried it that way – so I can’t guarantee they will turn out. I’m sure they will bake fine if you replace the wheat flour with more all-purpose, but the texture and rise will certainly be different as well as the time it takes for them to bake.
