I&#039;m sure that it can, the portions are easily divideable. However - I have never tried it - so I can&#039;t say how long to cook it for. Since the recipe calls for cooking in 3 minute increments, I would say to stick with that and just pay close attention to the consistency of it as you stir each time. Then check it periodically as it does its final cook time.]]></description>

Since the whole recipe takes only 30 minutes, I have not tried prepping it for transport the day before. I can say that the reheated leftovers were pretty good - so I would think that reheating for the next day would be fine. Not quite as good as fresh, but that is true for most leftovers.]]></description>
