The product uses keto in the name AND the net carbs would fall under a “less than 20 carb” restriction. But honestly, you are free to not make it if it isn’t to your liking.

The ‘bread mix’ called for isn’t even close to being a keto item. It’s so non keto I’m not sure I’d even call it dirty keto. Not a healthy item at all.

I’m sorry – my standard cruffins are cut in half, this is a typo. These get cut into thirds then each of those in half – as you can see in the photos. Recipe has been updated.
