A lot of times it can seem double spaced but it is actually how the site adjusts to different browsers or screen sizes. We try to accommodate those with disabilities and keep the site ADA compliant by keeping the paragraphs short and the font larger – which can also make the spacing seem larger as well. So, long story short – yes the spacing is necessary.

I wrote this recipe using my 6-quart cooker. The brand doesn’t matter & you can half the recipe if needed. Or you can just buy one roast that is closer to 4-5 pounds & cut it in half for the cooking process to keep the cooking time the same.
