I swapped the meats to 1/2 cooked sausage and 1/2 ham since that&#039;s what I had on hand.very much appreciated the precook on the potatoes in the same dish as the full casserole would be cooked. And, loved the ratio of egg to meat/potatoes - some recipes are too much egg and are not good. Will definitely use this as my go to breakfast casserole. (Recipe halved well too for a smaller group.) We enjoy many of your recipes!]]></description>
