I’ve made this recipe for years one thing that I noticed is that your recipe uses 8 ounces cream cheese and the original recipe calls for only 4 ounces. I’ve never used more cream cheese, but I tend to add extra Cool Whip to my recipe. It adds some volume to the standard size pie or for a larger shell, It also comes out a bit lighter and fluffier. It’s always been a favorite in my family.
