They were good. I didn’t beat them for 15 minutes. My opinion is if you beat them that long you end up with wallpaper paste. I would definitely make them again.

These mashed potatoes were so easy to make & so incredibly good. They were definitely a hit & I will be making them again very soon. The only thing I changed was I used red potatoes & cooked them in the Instant Pot. Thank you for the excellent recipe!
