Hi Marie – well these are just like a regular funnel cake – I just stacked them because they are flat. So they are about the size of my hand in diameter & about a 1/4″ tall I would say. They are easily made in a skillet. As for the toppings – just add a spoonful on the top – or just dust with powdered sugar. You can eat with a fork.
