Best using bacon grease

2 to 4 Tablespoons Bacon grease or Oil (butter can also be used)

1 or 2 Eggs

Salt & Pepper

Heat grease or oil
Add eggs and season to taste
Use a spatula or large spoon to gently splash oil over the egg, cooking the top of the egg white and yolk until the yolk is set to your desired doneness

You can also steam baste eggs by adding a small amount of water to the pan once the white is done, cover pan and continue cooking until egg yolk is set to your desired doneness.
