One of the many things I can’t get ingredients for here in New Zealand is cornbread! I can find corn flour but not corn meal 🙁 And the import laws are so strict that I can’t get any sent to me, either. There is one chain of stores that has it occasionally and I shall try your recipe next time I get some.
