Sorry to hear that Patti. That information is there for those that have a lot of questions and have never made a pie crust before. Some people are cooking for the first time. The information is also there because Goodle demands it. But the full printable recipe can be found by clicking the jump to recipe button found at the very top of the post near the title, which bypasses all the "yammering noise" and takes you directly to what you want - the free recipe.

I'm not going to use this recipe because I do not need to know every origin of everything. I just need to know what ingredients to buy and what order to put the ingredients in. I don't care about anything else. I couldn't even find an ingredient list because of all the yammering noise. Ridiculous

The recipe is located DIRECTLY above the comment section, which I see you found just fine. In the future, you can click the "jump to recipe" button at the top of the post, it will take you directly to the full, printable recipe without all the "nonsense". But all that "nonsense" is there for those who have never made a pie crust before - so that they can have the best possible outcome. It is also mandated by Google to be there if I want the post to actually be found and read. I could certainly save myself many hours in the office if it weren't for Google and their rules on what needs to be included in the content. Maybe take it up with them.

As stated in the recipe card - the serving is 1 crust. Calculations are for 1 whole crust - you can divide it however you like. All that being said, if carbs and calories are something you are watching closely, this pie crust is definitely not diet food and I personally wouldn't eat it if I were trying to eat low-carb or keto. I also recommend using your own nutrition calculator that you trust as I have yet to find two that will calculate the same and produce the same data.

There are 120 carbs in 1 1/4 cup of flour. No carbs in butter. How is one serving 121 carbs? That would be for the entire pie crust, is this correct?
