These were SO good, with the delicious sweetness of the powdered sugar, and the crunch of the graham crackers, with the perfect chocolate coating. These peanut butter balls were amazing snacks!

That is a personal preference. I prefer the salted, but if your peanut butter is on the saltier side, you might opt for unsalted.

So they taste best when serving, I would probably make them no more than a couple of days ahead. The longer they sit inthe fridge, the more chance they have for the chocolate to potentially bloom – which isn’t very appealing. But they won’t spoil for at least 7-10 days.

I’m going to make this for the first time. The videos give you the ingredients, but it doesn’t give you the measurements of how much to use for each ingredient.
