As I mentioned, I can get 3-4 decent sized (read medium) pizzas from this batch. But it will really depend on how large you want to make it. We didn’t measure because everyone was doing their own thing at the time.

Love this recipe! I have substituted sour cream either partial amounts or all depending on if I have yogurt or not. It’s turned out just fine. I have also started mixing my flours and the taste is even better.

This was the first time, I made this much dough.
But it was wonderful tasting.
I put Italian seasoning into the dough , while mixing.
I wanted a dough to make Stromboli with.
It was perfect!
I only used 1/2 the dough.
The other have because it already had Italian seasonings in it , I made bread sticks. Just made them a little thicker. Still delicious!
Needed more marinara sauce! Lol
