In reply to Eleanor Griggers. Hi Eleanor, So glad you are going to give these a try. If you want to make some without the rum, try increasing the coconut milk by 3/4 cup or add 3/4 cup pineapple juice instead. Note - Because you will be omitting the alcohol these will freeze faster & will be more firm than the original recipe. Hope you enjoy them.

I haven’t made these yet but they do look delicious. What would you suggest substituting for rum if you don’t prefer that? or want to make them for children?
