You can use instant yeast (same quantity) – I’m not sure how much time it will save. I do recommend letting it sit for as long as possible for the best results.

Can you make this using instant yeast in less time? If so would the ratios of yeast be the same?

I’m not sure – I have never stuffed it with anything. If you do – please make sure it is properly cooked first.

I love this crusted bread , great with dipping in spagetti sauce or salad . I make this bread a lot.
