You can - I would do maybe 20-25 minutes at 425 degrees. But check them periodically - because it will depend on the size of the pieces. You want them to reach 165 degrees internal temp- but not go too much beyond that because then they will get dry &amp; tough. If you can do it on a rack on top of your baking sheet, that would be ideal so the bottoms stay crispy too. I have a similar recipe here for chicken breasts in the oven that my daughter makes - https://www.kleinworthco.com/crispy-sriracha-cheesy-chicken-bake/ that should give you a better idea for baking them.]]></description>
