Very good recipe! Used for leftover artichoke hearts and cut recipe in half. Made a dipping sauce but really did it need it.

I have been experimenting with my new air fryer and this recipe seemed to be a good one to try. Unfortunately, the artichoke hearts did not get crispy and the coating did not stick. Kind of a soggy mess. I did dry the hearts on paper towels before they were coated. Not sure why this didn’t work.

In reply to Susan Robinson. The recipe states "at the highest temperature" so that will depend on your air fryer. However, 370 degrees is the highest my first air fryer would go, so that is what I recommend.

In reply to Pam. I have not tried that, but I would recommend letting them thaw & patting as much excess water off of them before proceeding with the recipe.
