I have never tried it. I would imagine that you could swap it out with the water - same quantity. However - the juice is loaded with sugar, so you probably wouldn&#039;t want to also add the sugar that&#039;s called for in the recipe. But that sugar in the recipe dissolves and helps to thicken the spread as it cooks down. So making a swap like that would require a lot of trial and error - you might be better off using the juice to make jelly, without the grapes. I&#039;m sure there are some great recipes out there. I just have not personally tried it so I can&#039;t say how that would all turn out.]]></description>
