I just made this for lunch! It was so nice, not overly sweet. I had a little extra sauce so I blistered some green beans and tossed them in here. Oh so delicious and my family ate all their food, which is always a wonderful. Thank you so much for sharing!

These applesauce oatmeal cookies are quick and easy to mix up. I love the flavor. Using applesauce instead of oil did not make them dry or crumbly.
The ads are super annoying though.

Thank you for the recipe. I made these last night and they were a hit. I used the. The following morning for sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwiches and they make really flavorful breakfast sandwiches. I will definitely be making these again.

So glad you love it. So this recipe uses three 8″ round pans, so the recipe has about 29% more batter than a 9×13 pan comfortably holds. So I don’t recommend that. You can make the full recipe and fill the 9×13 pan about ⅔–¾ full and put the extra batter into cupcakes or a smaller pan. Start checking for doneness around 30–35 minutes.

OR scale down the recipe by about 78% of the original recipe (117 ÷ 150.8 = 0.776). Multiply all ingredients by 0.78.

Here are some other options for this volume of batter –

11×15-inch sheet pan
Two 9×13-inch pans – Slightly more capacity than needed
One 9×13-inch pan + one 8-inch round
Three 9-inch round pans
Two 10-inch round pans
One 10-inch tube/Bundt pan

I love your recipe! So delicious! My daughter in law makes it and passed along the recipe. Can it be made in a 9×13 pan? I have a pan that’s the next size up from a 9×13, but I cant remember the exact dimensions.
