As I mentioned in the FAQs, I have not persoanlly tried canning this recipe so I can&#039;t say which type of jars would be best. I store it in 8 ounce and 4 ounce jars in the freezer. The recipe card says it makes 20 ounces - so however you want to divide that into your preferred jars should be just fine.]]></description>

Well, that would be a completely different recipe. This won&#039;t have a jam consistency without the pectin. I have not tried making it another way so I can&#039;t give alternate instructions. Sorry. ]]></description>
