Made several mini loaves at Christmas time and everyone loved them.
Will be making a few mini loaves for Valentine’s Day and adding tiny heart sprinkles on top.

Nope – it melts into the water as the water heats. So it’s just a thin chocolaty liquid. I have made this recipe countless times and never had an issue with that.

I’m so thrilled that you want to make the loaves again but for a birthday. That is so FUN! I am sorry to say, I have never tried this recipe in a bundt pan before. So I can’t say how that would turn out.

Yes – these freeze well. I recommend doing it before adding the glaze. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap then place in a zip-top bag.
