Yes - cooking times will change and the end result won&#039;t be anything like what you see here since the crispy skin is part of the final flavor and texture. Please refer to the FAQs in the post for making with other                                            varities of chicken and then alter your cooking time for cooking breasts vs bone-in thighs.]]></description>
