Yes- you want each sheet to have butter - it helps the texture and taste. I do not recommend replacing butter with a chemical spray. The change is negligible when counting fat and calories in a recipe like this and now you are eating a bunch of unhealthy oils and unnatural ingredients that are incredibly harmful to your cells. If fat and calories are something you are tracking closely, this recipe probably isn&#039;t a good option. It is comfort food.]]></description>
