The recipe calls for ranch seasoning – not dressing. So please use the powder seasoning. I have never tried freezing them. But the microwave does make the shell texture hard to chew.

I do not participate in WW – so I can’t say. As far as I understand, this recipe isn’t “WW-friendly”. But I have been told that their point system changes frequently – so I would check with their current system just to be sure.

I recommend using your own personal calculator, such as the carb manager app or something similar. Especially because many of the calculators vary quite a bit.
