I had no broccoli so i improvised I used thinly sliced carrots and celery also added chickpeas and it really came out better than I thought….used sesame oil to fry the kielbasa also I love cooking Mexican so I used knors’s beef bouillon instead of chicken broth. For certain I will make it again.

Excellent recipe! This is so good, my 2 adult kids and I loved this recipe. We made it exactly as written. I am making it again tonight, instant rice and all. This a definite keeper.

Made it last night and it was very yummy and the perfect amount of heat for us. I have since put the recipe in my cute little recipe crate. My hubby says it’s a keeper! Thank you for sharing.

The rice I used was instant rice. I should’ve use white rice. The rice was too soggy by time frozen broccoli was heated. Or use thawed broccoli.
