Can you can this filling? I remember reading (s0mewhere???) that you can’t use cornstarch if you want to can, is that right?

In reply to Rosie. It's hard to really say since I can't see them personally. I think I'd probably figure out how many slices (if that is how they have been frozen) would make a whole pear if put back together. Then go from there. I don't know how thin they have been cut, so I don't know if it would be 4 quarters, 8, 16 or whatever so it's hard to give advice on this.
